Алаш Орда

Nuralykhanov Salimgerei is a public figure and statesman, member of the national Alash movement, a lawyer. He entered the St. Petersburg University’s law faculty in 1899. On December 5-13, he was elected as a candidate to the 2^nd all-Kazakh Congress to the national Council of Alash Orda 1917. He participated in the establishment of Soviet power. In 1938 he was repressed.
